I studied Physics at the University of Jos because I wanted to understand how things actually work underneath what you can see. I bring that same approach to the web. When a site is slow or a page does not convert, there is a specific reason — a query that is not indexed, a headline that does not answer the reader's question, a layout that fights the user's eye. I find it and fix it. That is the work.
